Rushing a fraternity is a great experience. If you're on the fence, do it. Unlike girl recruitment, you don't get forced to meet every chapter because there simply isn't enough time. Events coincide, etcetera. Don't trust the "rankings" by % points, those are inaccurate. Here is a preview about every fraternity so you can better decide who to rush:
Top Tier - Not becuase the men are better, just because this is how they are considered.
1. Sigma Chi - After last year probably the undisputed "top house" on this campus. They are known to be somewhat arrogant, but nevertheless they are the best FRATERNITY on this campus. They claim they throw the best parties. This isn't necessarily true. They did throw Eurobash and it was very successful, hosting I think around 2000 people. It was the BIGGEST and BEST party of the year but they don't do this all the time. They have the 2nd best parties on this campus on a regular basis after PIKE. EX is the athletic fraternity. They have won the fraternity sports title for the past three years in a row. They have the top GPA of any fraternity. Also if you care about philanthropy they did raise $25,000 or something ridiculous, easily outnumbering every other fraternities combined philanthropic efforts for the year.

2. PIKE - Best looking guys by a slim margin over Sigma Chi. Their pledge program is physical as well as mental. They are not as exclusive as EX but they do have a fairly strong brotherhood. They do, as stated before, have the best parties. They lack everywhere else though. They are the undisputed best FRAT on campus. If you're looking to rage and get yoked, PIKE is your crew. They have a great time together and have earned a ton of respect on this campus. They are second, but them and Sigma Chi are always fighting for the top spot.

3. Sigma Nu - Though they have been considered to be "falling," this fraternity is still strong on this campus. They nudge out TKE BARELY for probably this year before losing the third spot. They do not seem to care about competing for the top spot unlike TKE/EX/PIKE. Great fraternity, great guys. More of a "chill" frat. They throw good parties.

4. TKE - TKE"s reputation is one of having some great guys, some weird guys. They bid too many people, in my opinion, to keep a really tight knit brotherhood. That being said, they have challenged Sigma Chi for the top spot in sports. They are the largest chapter on campus with a big presence. However they are still not as good looking, don't throw as good parties, and do not lead in any portion of Greek Life. They do strive to better themselves, though. Under great leadership right now, as well. This chapter is always "on the way up" -- problem is, most of the other frats dont depreciate in value.

5. SAE - New chapter but quickly becoming a favorite among the greek community. Mixed bag of sorts, but this fraternity is deeply rooted with tradition. 2nd biggest fraternity in world after EX. Lots of water polo players. Will be a top tier fraternity within 5 years.
