Top houses (no order):
Dg/sk/pi phi/kappa
Explanation: most popular sororities each year during rush, close with the top frats (all frats will try to party with them), all have fun phils, “hottest” girls, fun, you can’t really go wrong with any of them. Even though some are rising/dropping, they’re still the “top” houses
Middle:
Alpha phi (high-mid) not top since they’re still on the newer side. Rising but still have a lot to work on/building relations. Having some hot girls don’t automatically mean you’re top house.

Lower/bottom:
Axo
Tri Delt

Tbh the only relevant frats are pike tke and snu and then maybe Fiji. Lambda is mid, probably higher than sig ep

pi phi doesn’t show up for anyone but pike. both tke and sig nu don’t even care about them bc none of them really come out.
