i mean, pi phi lost 20% of their pledge class, dg has a horrible sisterhood and relations with other sororitys....why are they still top house? and lets face it, aphi's is not top house but their newest pledge class was hot

The only top sorority in UCSD is Pi Phi. DG is definitely falling. I would put them on pair with Sigma Kappa and Kappa Kappa Gamma, which I personnally prefer.
