I probably wouldn't put aepi that high but other than that its the best rank I've seen of both the frats and the sororities.

This is right on both accounts. I agree with the person that said AEPi could be moved down though. Not a fan of their attitude. They act like they are a top house or something when most of their guys arent even cute.

based on new member class retention alone i would put dg and kappa above pi phi

To be fair, new member class retention from Fall Formal recruitment isn’t always indicative of the actual experience or quality of the chapter. A lot of new members drop for financial reasons and not necessarily because of a bad experience in the chapter.
