In case you're wondering, here are the chapter totals at the end of fall quarter vs the end of winter quarter. They are listed in order of winter quarter chapter gpa.
Fall Winter

AOPi 98 -> 102
KKG 107 -> 104
PiPhi 100 -> 101

Chapter size is probably the least important thing about a chapter.
