Does every sorority exchange with every frat? Or do some not hang with everyone?

it's different for every frat, some top houses will still exchange with "lower" sororities and others won't. there are also some chapters who are closer than others regardless of rank and tend to only exchange with a few. It really is a case by case basis but people from every house still hang out regardless.
