I think its because its really hard to do without totally giving away what chapter you're in. lol That and I dont really know the other chapters well enough to say something nice about them all. In some instances the only interactions I've had was during recruitment and some left a very poor taste in my mouth :/ I have nice stuff for about half of them though I would say :)
