Ladies, in your opinion, why is your favorite fraternity your favorite. What are the things that seperstes them from say your 2nd or 3rd?

Looks and social skills. Literally nothing else matters lol, all of the top houses tend to have good looking dudes who can socialize

My favorite is honestly more chill and less concerned with status. They are just chill dudes i enjoy spending time with. My next faves are the hot/well socialized/driven ones (this excludes tkes since most vibes i get from them is that they dont give a crap about school. Yes i know that doesnt apply to all of them its just what I've gathered in the past 4 years of various classes and projects with them)
