future rushes

So I ended up not taking a bid I was offered in the Fall and kinda regret it. But wanna scope out more houses in the upcoming rush...so I'm curious as to which houses girls typically like and dudes who are gentlemen and respected by the girls at SD. Basically a house that can party, but has respectful and great guys overall
