The ranking posting above are fairly accurate, but the ranks don't really matter when deciding which fraternity you would enjoy being in the most.
It's technically not too late to rush this quarter, but if you aren't already set on a fraternity yet you might want to just go to info night next fall and get a feel for what each of the fraternities are about.

tke and sig nu are way too overrated. they shouldnt be that high. sig ep and fiji (especially fiji) are also too high.

If tke and sig nu are over rated, and Fiji and sig ep are too high, then who comes after pike? Lambda chi? Good one. If anything sig nu and tke are under rated.

There are engineers in all of the social fraternities here. Given how academic this school is they will pretty much all be understanding of your school commitments.
If you're looking for a social experience just talk to all of them and find the one that you fit in with the best, but make sure to ask about the amount of time it would require. If you're looking for a more academic experience there are non-IFC (co-ed) engineering fraternities you could look at.
