Theta is right in the middle: Some girls who could be top tier and some girls who could be bottom. A good even house with super social girls and some really awkward girls. Theta is pretty MEH in everything.

Not even a theta but i hate when people say people "try to hard" so much. Someone said it on another chapter recently too and it drives me nuts. HARD WORK IS COMMENDABLE GUYS! If you got into UCSD without trying hard and haven't "tried hard" since you got here, you're probably a comm major.

I was using grades as an example but it applies to everything. You have to try hard in sports to win. you have to try hard school to succeed and get good grades. You have to try hard at time management to do all those things and still have a social life. You have to put effort in when you're getting ready to not look like a hobo. Literally whatever you are referring to, effort is not a bad thing.
