Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 3.0 they're popular, but they're the girls who know they're popular and flaunt it and act above you. they literally will do anything to stay top house, like trying to rig ISS sports and have DISGUSTING sportsmanship, except being NICE. SORRY, but being a delta gamma doesn't exempt you from being a decent human being. some of the girls are genuine, but a lot of them are very elitest, judgemental, and condescending. 0/10 would recommend

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 2.5 If you dont have friends in the chapter before being recruited then good luck on finding any when you're in it! They're all so cliquey and have so much drama in between them that it's frustrating! They were top house but now they're just degrading with their rude attitudes. Save yourself from a stressful time and don't get involved with them.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 4.8 When I think of DG I honestly think of a high quality person. These girls are involved, smart, kind, and will go out of their way to make sure that their sisters (and even those outside of the sorority) are taken care of. They are the only chapter that I have seen that doesn't dirty rush and they consistently recruit the best new member class because of the quality of their conversations and the depth these girls have. I didn't end up in their chapter unfortunately but I still talk to the girls I remember from recruitment and they are so sweet to remember me!!! I love them!!

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 5.0 Using greek rank and other forms of online social media to judge any sorority before meeting the girls in those sororities only makes people create untrue biases. All chapters on this campus are solid chapters, otherwise they would not be on this campus. Though I am not involved in greek life, I made the mistake of reading through this website when I was debating rushing. I was horrified at some of the negative comments across all sororities so I decided not to rush. After making friends in a majority of these sororities, I know how wrong I was to judge sorority life and I regret my decision to not join one. I recommend anyone reading negative comments about this chapter (and other chapters) to stop and wait until you actually meet the members to decide how you feel towards that sorority. If you let this website or any other online platform form your opinion instead of forming you own opinion after meeting the chapter, you'll realize how wrong you were to judge the book, or in this case chapter (ha), before reading it. Don't make my mistake by believing all the haters and just wait to see for yourself.

If you are looking for a group of genuine girls to consistently be there for you and have your back, DG may not be the one for you. Those who have been around UCSD Greek Life long enough know how cliquey this sorority is, and how much they emphasize all of the wrong things and put dumb amounts of pressure on their girls to fit a mold. Make sure you know more than just their name and letters.

Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 4.4 I don't know many girls in dg and I've heard a loooottt of things about them (people are so mean on here), but the few i've met were really sweet. I went to a frat formal in vegas once and my date got a little drunk and handsy. These two girls from dg gave me their numbers and told me to call them if i ever felt unsafe, and it was just the coolest thing so I just wanted to write this to you gems in dg, from another greek life member, keep slaying the game <3
