Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 3.2 They didn't not make quota because they "started recruiting for personality". They didn't make quota because they didn't invite enough girls back for pref night in a bout of insane over confidence. Not enough of the girls they called back for pref actually chose them, so they were under quota. Stop trying to make yourselves look like a martyr, DG. It's not attractive. What happened to you was embarrassing, own up to it.

The way to go is to ignore stereotypes, & gossip, and just be yourself when you go through recruitment and choose the chapter that YOU feel fits YOU the best. Choose the girls YOU relate to, and where you feel at home. UCSD Greek life is something really special, especially our inter-chapter relationships!
