Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 4.8 It can't be argued that TKE is a top tier fraternity here. (whatever that really means at UCSD) Sigma Chi is top house, but these guys know how to rage and are involved.On the rise... a lot of smokers.
