Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 2.6 A strong fraternity 2 years ago, but they took a dip for the worst. Their chapter size is very small and the quality of the guys are poor. Open enrollment rush? No pledge program? Doesn't sound like a healthy, stable fraternity.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 5.0 I love a lot of guys in this chapter. They are nice, down to earth and not creepers. The guys do not seem overly douchey and they actually want to be a better fraternity on campus and I can se the effort.
