Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 4.8 I really liked them. They are really friendly and don't judge anybody... They don't act like superior or something like that and you can talk to anyone from the fraternity without fear of that person don't be nice to you.
