smaller chapter that throws cool parties and very down to earth awesome guys! the 'bottom house' raters are obviously either other frats or don't hang out with Sammys.

Ehhhh, they're whatever. If you're lookin for a hook-up party with them. But a lot of these girls look pretty torn up and worn out. Not a top house, maybe they would be if sleeping your way to the top was the way to do it.

They're hot, thats for damn sure but they're lacking in a lot of departments. I've heard some horror stories about how they treat their girls especially during recruitment. They seem pretty stuck up and catty as hell. But at least they're hot, I'll give them that much.

They're hot, fun and know how to rage. Overall a pretty good group of girls but there are a few who bring down the name. Still a top house for sure though, there's a reason they won chapter of the year three years in row, they do work.

I really liked these girls when I rushed. I wasn't able to accept my bid due to not being able to afford it and now all the girls act like they don't even know me. Girls I was going to call my sisters don't even say hi back to me when I approach them on campus. They act really nice to recruit you but clearly none of them actually care about you.
