They have literally no presence on campus but they aren't bad-looking and are generally pretty nice girls. Seem to have a decent sisterhood.

I don't know too many Kappas and never really see them around but from the few I do know, they're pretty chill girls. They're mostly average-looking and don't seem to go out much, leaving me to wonder why they're considered a top house sometimes.

Pi phi is a really strong chapter here. Looks are definitely not to standard with past years, but still stand out. They seem very close and have the best philanthropy (in my opinion).

I have met many Pi Phis but they don't really stand out and all blur in together. I wish they would make an effort to get to know other chapters, who aren't just Pike or some top frat.

From a guy's perspective: Quite honestly I have made the best friends in my college years and a majority of them are from Kappa. I stand by the fact that every Kappa I have met at UCSD is Klassy, Kind, and Karing. They care about their cause, as well as always down for social events. They all are also so involved across campus and have amazing jobs/internships. I met my 2 best girl friends before they rushed Kappa, and joining Kappa didn't change their personality at all!

I'm a gdi, and I've met a ton of girls from top house sororities. However, Kappas were the only girls who didn't exclude me or make me feel unwelcome because i'm not a part of the greek system. That just speaks volumes about the girls they chose; seriously all really sweet,welcoming, and down to earth girls. Definitely something potential rushees should keep in mind during recruitment

I have damn good reason to be proud of my chapter. what makes a house top house? philanthropy? athletics? parties? intelligence? well my chapter won in all of those this year. We won sports banner for a third straight time, had the best GPA for a second straight time, raised the most money BY FAR, and Eurobash was easily the biggest party of the year. I don't care if i sound arrogant, i am damn proud to be a sig. We worked hard, we earned top house status. Maybe it'll change this year. #tophouse
