I'm only here because of my encounter with one GPhi this last year. She is the most hardworking, high achieving, motivated, and successful person I know. Whoever says sorority girls are dumb blondes haven't met this 4.0, quadruple major gamma phi with a social life of a frat star. If you want to be apart of an org with high standards go gamma phi.

All the comments below saying that they got kicked out for 2 years or lost their charter is wrong and are from haters. They still have their charter and they will be back to recruiting in the spring after serving a 2 quarter punishment. Overall, just like any other fraternity, there are great bros, good bros, and weird bros. Everyone take a chill pill and don't base your decision to rush on anonymous haters.

ok I have friends in gphi and they're cool but there are equally if not more kinda weirdos especially in the new pledge classes.... Since I heard kappa does a better job during rush. I mean gphi has like prim proper way too excited like southern vibes at the opers festival and stuff so i just found it to be a little fake. Plus I never see these girls out or at the guys formals like where they at. Or Greek week? Idk. I wish I could say better my friends in it are really nice

ok so my roommate was in kappa this year and honestly she convinced me to rush-- they seem super chill and helpful and nice and are cool like festival vibe gals. like I think they're what you expect when you say "Santa Cruz sorority girls"... Like a mix of your average hot and ready to party, classy upcoming business woman and "let's have a kickback and vibe" kinda people. Can't wait to hopefully join.

Everyone is saying Theta Chi went downhill when they got suspended, but honestly they've been going downhill for the past three years. Five stars for brotherhood because they'll get a girl plastered so their bro can hook up with her.
