This house has come a long way. They’re honestly tied top with SP in my opinion and it definitely wasn’t like that a few years ago. They’re less cute guy but the have some but are more getting a great rep bc these guys are fun funny and have great personalities. They also know how to throw a good rager I definitely appreciate them

I thought they didn’t exist after winter of 2017 tbh. I think they’re very tryhard to be cool bros but aren’t so it’s fake. They do have a solid brotherhood and will support one another if you want good friends but their social life is wack

I love theta but they’re still new. Their Instagram is poppin but they still get “leftovers” at recruitment and I feel like this really affects their sisterhood and how the girls get along. A lot of them would never speak to each other had they not all been thrown into theta so I think they need to work on their internal bonding first. They don’t really have a vibe at all and because of this stigma they are less social. They are honestly really nice (most of them) though because they aren’t stuck up about this kinda thing but there are girls who think they are the hottest and got dropped by other orgs for personality reasons so they are very salty and talk a lot of crap

I am going to give you the FACTS. Gphi is the blonde white girl house. Yes they have others but that’s not the girls that were their top choice, just leftovers that the system put in their org when going through recruitment. They love their skinny blondes that they can use to get them on frat guys minds so they can have good relations with them. But a lot end up dropping or not being super involved. Gphi does a great job during recruitment but that’s truly their peak. Once you’re in you’re filtered into their caste system (this was literally how a Gphi described it). If you’re in the friend group or lineage of hot girls or execs you’ll have a good experience but if not no one really cares about you and you’ll just be paying fines for missing meetings (someone the other Panhellenic orgs don’t do so beware that Gphi costs more in the long run). Don’t just choose Gphi for the pink, think if you actually want to be the “was the popular girl in high school” .org TBH

All the friends I have in Kappa are really nice, down to earth people. They’re always fun to hangout out with and they are definitely top house.

Theta will use dues to delete hurtful reviews. The org is full of cliques and its easy to be left out if youre not part of the popular club.

These are the types of girls to stare you up and down. Not all of them but most of them. Pretty messy at socials

Definitely not the only diverse group, in fact most of the girls in Gphi are your typical white girls. Very cliquey but in all honesty there’s some girls who are very down to earth. Will say their social life is pretty lit but their very exclusive on who they pick and most of the times if you don’t fit their image they won’t give you a bid.

Okay Let’s make AY top fraternity cause they deserve it wayyyyyyyy more then all the boys!!!!!!!!! Cool good looking and friendly no other frat has that

ACTUAL TOP HOUSE !!!!! 10/10 Greek rank isn’t accurate !!!! Hands down the only diverse org in Panhellenic
