I think they're above, but this coming recruitment will inevitably solidify their rank.

You can't judge them because hey haven't recruited anyone yet. They were a class that was interviewed by nationals etc and then given a bid but the girls themselves haven't proven their skills. So currently they kind of don't have a rank
