1.) AXO is not rising. That isn't to say that they don't have great girls, but they're definitely not changing their rep anytime soon and last year's class only solidified this.
2.) Kicking PIKE off of IFC didn't automatically put them in "bottom tier", and if for some reason you all think that girls care at all about who is in IFC when deciding what parties to go to and what guys to hang out with, you're about as dumb as it gets (talking to you Fiji/phi psi). They have Great parties for next year and a really awesome pledge class. They might struggle down the road, but for now they are far from "irrelevant".
3.) SAE is not rising. Yes, they are a solid fraternity, but what their guys don't seem to understand is that other fraternities having problems does not in fact change the quality of guys in your chapter. You still have some of the worst and creepiest parties and there are way better guys in Sigep.
4.) DG and Pi Phi deserve some cred. No, not top sororities at all, but they are respectable chapters to be in. It is impressive that 2/3 of our school's "lower tier chapters" are not embarrassing.

Pikes keep getting shut down because frats seem intimidated by them
AXO is hard to say. They have good years and bad years
Dg I think is rising a lot and good for them
SAE, yeah kind of creepy. Sure they're nice but they're no where near top
