Hello, I am incoming exchanged student from The Netherlands and I am curious is it okay for students who are non U.S. to join fraternity? I would like more information about fraternities and would like to join one while I am at UCR. Thank you !

I wouldn't say plenty but there are a few international students in fraternities/sororities.
