In 2013, PIKE and SigEp ran EVERYTHING. Parties, sports, attitude, just all around studs in the houses. Sig Ep did well with Pillars, but nobody is gonna argue that those two ruled this campus. Well guess what, with the changing tides of Greek culture affecting campuses across America, houses that go hard and try to be modern Animal Houses won't last. It sucks, but its something that's gonna happen.

Whenever a list comes out here about "best fraternities" and FIJI or Phi Psi are in the "upper tier", technically, it's a little right, but it feels so weird and wrong to see. Because we know that the only reason they got up there was because the best got kicked off. FIJI, Phi Psi, and even SAE, aren't bad houses, but do they deserve to be recognized as a "top tier fraternity"? Absolutely not. Delta Chi isn't a "top house" either.
