real rankings

alright ........ to settle this. their are other rankings here on this page but the real rankings are as follows ..........
1. PIKE - yes they got in trouble with the school got but the BEST freshman class and you cannot deny that
2. PHI PSI - came up but fell last quarrter
3. SIGEP - Better than FIJI. They have some legit guys and will do good in the fall
4. FIJI - They are a good chapter. Small but close
5. AEPI - Argue they are better than SAE and DELTA CHI because they throw better events
6. DELTA CHI - Doing good Spring. STILL average
7. SAE - Have some SOLID guys. Still a skater fraternity.
8. PHI KAP - They have some cool kids. They are going Downhill.
9. DTD - Still pick up a couple guys at rush so they keep it alive
10. Beta Chi - New on campus they have a LOT of ground to make up
THESE are the most accurate rankings. Come out too tabling and see for yourselves do not listen too other posts on this page its obvious that EVERY one here is just trying to boost their own image by ranking themselves higher specifically the fraternity that keeps trying to make themselves as having the best year but in reality they didnt ....... see for yourself dont buy the hype ....

Says true ratings, but its obvious you are from pike.
One class does not make you a top house, every fraternity has a good class and even then it is subjective. Just stop and let people rush frats themselves. Its obvious what you pikes are trying to do. Pikes need to lay low, arent they in trouble?
P.S.- remember pikes 30+ pledge class..? Yep... Great class.... lol...

How do you think a house becomes top or bottom, all it takes is one good pledge class or even one bad pledge class to move you up or down the ranks. Hands down PIKE did the best spring '14 and fall '14 I can only imagine next fall. Plus all the girls like them and they throw the best parties

Leave it to Pikes to try and promote themselves on a website. if you were really top house, you wouldn't have to convince people you are. You guys are lucky to even be in the top 3 anymore. That 30+ pledge class was a complete joke. So did you hand out bids to every rushee at the door? LOL

Sorry but a one class can make or break a fraternity just look at FIJI who fell after they had a bad class. Pike got the best class of the year and they did really good last spring I would argue that puts them at the top. Maybe their tied with phi psi then and whoever gets the better class from rush of those two most likely do better than the other next year. Only time will tell...
