alpha phi is one of the best nationally. The new sorority can be one of the best if the founders can rush good girls from ucr.

last time i heard, ucr can't have a new sorority unless every sorority starts meeting quota, and we know that hasn't happened so far.they are afraid that if a new sorority comes the lowest one will get booted off
