1. Phi Psi- Had a strong year but lost popular members so might go down (Next year down)
2. Pike- came back pretty strong but had an average pledge class and are losing popular guys (Next year down)
3. Sig ep- Great overall academically and all that, friends with a lot of people but will never be top small pledge classes this year (Next Year down)
4. Fiji- Still throw a lot of small parties but are slipping (Next year down)
5. Delta Chi- Will always be try hards but did improve this year (Going up)
6. AEPI- Had a good winter class but will always be mostly nerdy (Going up)
7. SAE- Had an ok year but never bring enough quality men (Same)
8. Phi Kaps- Will always be creppy (Same)
9. Delts- Have fallen so hard... look at their pledge classes (Next Year going down)
10. Beta chi- respect for getting on IFC but thats about it (Down)

Phi psi are some of the sketchiest guys, they are given so much more credit than they deserve.douchiest as well
Fijis are really cool to hang out, can be douchy

The rest don't matter

PIKE: super genuine, fun guys, they definitely know how to have a good time, and I can call every single guy a new best friend
PHI PSI: typical frat boys, rage hard, the hottest, throw the most events

SIG EP: cute white boys, little gentlemen, but you don't really have a defining factor to you
SAE: super chill, but idk how loved they'll be when their seniors leave

FIJI: what happened?! had the chillest guys, then you graduate and don't even leave your newest pledge classes educated? clever douchebags but definitely slipping fast,

DELTA CHI: coming up, props to you guys on throwing yourself out there, definitely the most under control, a dx party will never get out of hand, the boys give you the most attention, make you feel like the queen of the party

PHI KAP: i have great friends that are phi kaps, good guys, but as a fraternity you're not doing your job

BETA CHI: only so low because it's their first year in IFC, but believe me, don't underestimate them, they try harder than anyone else and if they pick up a good pledge class this year, they will be up there very soon;

DELTA TAU DELTA: they throw the biggest girl pageant every year, delta queen, but yet manage to know NO girls. i don't get it.

Real Ranks this year, with actual analysis
1. Pike/Phi Psi
-Pike came back this year and went all out, winning IM championships and Mr. AXO, and if you ask the ladies which one to rush, a lot will say Pike. However, this is because they like the older guys, the older guys is what makes Pike one of the tops. When they leave, it will be a different story because you now have their recent pledge class with over 30 members who just crossed. Do they even know each other? They pretty much just gave out random bids because they needed people, not because they actually wanted them. We'll see what happens next year.
-Phi Psi is known to rage hard, which they do. They have a good group of guys, they had the best rush year out of everyone else because they were picky on who they wanted, they didn't just give out random bids. Some of the people who didn't get bids from Phi Psi all went to Pike. Although their upperclassmen, who at times can get rowdy when drunk, are leaving and have given the image of raging hard, I still see them as becoming the most successful and promising in the years to come.

2. SigEp/Fiji
-SigEp have a bunch of chill guys who people do not really have a problem with. Girls like them. However in their last pledge class, they only had one pledge. ONE. Why? Because everyone wanted Pike or Phi Psi. Their parties are good as well.

--Fiji has a solid group of guys, both the upperclassmen are the ones who keep it together and pull the most girls. New pledge class is ok, not really as good as other pledge classes. However, their fiji water is really sketchy so i would recommend not drinking that if you dont wanna get messed up right away. Also, there is always rumors about elephant walk so that's pretty sketch...

3.Delta Chi/AEpi/SAE
-DChi is trying really hard to get up to top tier status, but I dont think they will ever get there. Their parties are the chill ones where the guys dont really pull but a lot of them are really feminine and bi...dont judge tho.
-AEpi is middle tier and got a good pledge class this year, even one of them participated in MR AXO as a freshmen. Props to that
-SAE will always be hurt because their pledge process is now gone. I dont think their upperclassmen will respect the younger ones for that.

4. Phi Kapp/Beta Chi/Delts
-Phi Kapps and Beta Chi are chill, Phi Kapps got some nice new letters, Beta Chi just formed so theyre doing good recruiting people and are becoming more diverse.
-Delts are just those guys who want to be in a fraternity, can't really play any sports...they dont cause problems tho.

Top house:
Phi Psi, FIJI
- Phi Psi hasn’t gone up or down. Stayed consistent throughout the year. They lost some very dope guys from Fall 14’ class, so they gotta make up for that. This year they have to try harder to stay top house because those Fall 14’ guys carried. Known for project x parties, biggest fraternity, academics, best all around. It’s gotten a lot easier to get bid from them though nowadays.
- FIJI only lost about 7 guys from graduation. They were on the come up in the beginning of the Fall 17’ then fell off a bit at the end of the year. They have solid group of guys that are ready to take things to the next level. If they have a dope Fall 18’ class, they will be tied with Phi Psi. Known for best brotherhood(they keep around 50 members yearly), sports, parties can get crazy but they don’t have a big enough house for phi psi type parties.

Middle:
SIGEP, SAE, PIKE
- Sigep lost many many guys from graduation. They were on the come up starting the beginning of Winter 18’, but fell off when everyone graduated. They currently have about 25-30 guys active. So their Fall 18’ has to be huge. Depending on how cool these new guys are will determine their ranking this next year.
- SAE’s will feel the loss of their Fall 14’ class this year. They played a huge role to making SAE relevant these last 4 years. SAE is known to be very active within the school community, no pledge period, LGBT friendly, they had a couple dope parties but nothing like a phi psi or FIJI party.
- PIKE hasnt been relevant for the last 2 years...they were top house like 4 years ago lol heard they’re trying to comeback this year but that’s very unlikely if you’re not chartered by the school. Stop trying to fight every frat guy you see. Known for sports and that’s about it.

Bottom:
Delta Chi, Phi Kap
- Don’t rush any these. They’re both pretty much just as whack as each other

Pike pls stop you are not on campus and never will be and your own nationals doesn’t recognize you so essentially you are an off campus drinking club, first years pls don’t get swindled into joining
