top house comp

I've figured out how to decide who really should get top house. Each fraternity that is part of IFC (cuz those are the only relevant frats anyways) should each raise one Beta Fish. Now in case you didn't know beta fish are known for fighting each other to the death. Therefore we have all the fraternities meet up with their designated fighting fish. We all drop them in one body of water and whichever frat's fish is last standing (like mf fortnite) will be deemed the new top house.
