advice/gpa requirement
by: rushI'm gonna be a 2nd year & I really want to rush but I'm a cnas major & my gpa is not that high, should I go through with it? Also, Ik there are other factors sororities look at so can my good looks and friendly outgoing personality balance out my 2.5 gpa lol

You can go through recruitment if you want, but some sororities immediately cut you off after the 1st day if you don't meet the minimum gpa requirement. School does come first and they want to recruit not just pretty girls, but girls who can be an asset and add value to their chapter.

Well I don't know the rules of all the sororities, but I belong to one of the considered as a "top house," it's up to you who you think they are and we take the GPA minimum requirement very seriously and cut off the ones who don't make them early in the process.
I would guess some houses are more lax if you're just under the minimum and would make an exception? Just go through recruitment and see if you think it's really for you and if you really want to join a certain house, but they didn't give you a bid because of your GPA, you can always raise it and try again next year.
