I wish i joined a higher tier frat. Unfortunately girls kind of do care what fraternity you're in and i just wish i was in one of the more popular ones.

I in some ways regret joining all together, I love my sisters but it seems all too fabricated sometimes. Another thing that has really sucked is not only do I pay all of these dues, I also get fined for stupid things. 10 bucks for being late by 2 minutes, 25 dollars because I couldn't get the day off at work and blah blah it sucks

Where do the fines go? Do the sororities with more girls running late wind up with more money for events and stuff? Haha

The fines can be easily waived by showing why you are late i.e. work, class, illness. You can also avoid fines by just being on time to events and communicating with your standards person??? Usually the fines go into a savings account that isn't touched except for things like emergencies or if UCR decides to allow a greek row

I guess it depends on the sorority you join, because fines can not be easily waived where im from.
