by: Sorority girlI think it's somewhat true. Recently, a phi kap brother passed away. I didn't see much support from other orgs to phi kap. If he was in a higher tier frat, I'm certain more orgs would have reached out and expressed their sadness for their loss. It's hard to say this but it's true.
