transferring chapters?

Hi! So I'm in a chapter of Pi Beta Phi at my current college (I'm intiated already), but my family might be moving to Riverside (in which I would transfer to UCR). Would it be possible for me to join the chapter of Pi Beta Phi at UCR? How would that process work? Thank you all. ❤️
