description of each sorority

I hear SigEp is a good sorority.

get a feel for it when you go through recruitment! I feel like this isn't the best place to ask for an "accurate" description.

I think recruitment is a terrible way to get to know a sorority. You are mitculously paired with a girl from each sosortity and they're meant to sell their sorority to you. And talking to 2/3 girls for each sorority doesn't tell you much about the sosority as a whole or the others in it. I honestly think rushing should be a different process but it is what it is

If you want to get a feel for this community, well... people naming different frats as though they are sororities. This is the maturity, helpfulness, and mutual respect of our community when its members are granted anonymity.

If your looking for a real support system I think you're better off at a lower tier sorority. While they may not be as 'cool' they are closer as a chapter and a better sisterhood. Ex: whenever dg participates in things like miss minverava or delta queen they litterally MOB out, it's insane. But then you look at the higher tier sorritys like kkg axo and gphi, and see how little of their sisters come out to support is sad.

TBH I hated rushing it's a terrible way to get to know each sorority.
Go into rush week with an open mind. Don't set your eyes on a certain sorority because disappointment sucks.

GPhi- buildings strong girls
KKG- reading is fundamental
DG- service for sight
ADPi- Ronald Mcdonald House Charities
PiPhi- read lead achieve
SK- a bunch of different ones um ones about Alzheimer's Disease I believe
