sororities which fraternities are top houses?

Please be honest. I'm a first year student who wants to be involved in a fraternity who has the most involvement on campus, best sorority relations and brotherhood. Since this is a once in a life time experience I really don't want to settle for less and want to make the most out of my college experience. Thanks and please no BS!
