The reason for this is because they need to mantain a certain gpa to be in the frat. Their parties range from okay to fun. These guys are the guys you call them as your best friends or boyfriends. Their pledge process is not like other frats, which make other frats to make small comments at them.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.8 Hey .. i'm a Kappa Delta at CO Boulder and I was in riverside this fall 2012 to visit family. I went party hopping and managed to end up at a Sigep house called "Nutmeg". I had a blast!! it was really fun and you can FEEL the brotherhood when ur around these guys! I followed up on them by attending their 5k philanthropy and I was convinced that theyre top house. Good parties and good philanthropy, very balanced! - A happy Kappa Delta <3

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.6 They have the tightest brotherhood, from what I can see all their brothers actually know each other and hang out. While other frats claim to be gentlemen these guys actually are and all girls know it. Guaranteed to have a great night at SigEp, bid parties are always fun & their known for their kickbacks. They have good looking guys, great events, and since fall have been socailly on the rise! If they get a solid formal rush, throw more parties, and get a new house SigEp will no doubt stay on top

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.8 SigEp has definitely become tophouse over the last year! They are the only fraternity that can balance all the aspects of what a fraternity should be like. They have not always been the most known fraternity, but are definitely on the rise like no other and am not surprised they are considered top house now. They are known for their academics and good standing with UCR, and now even have the social life that some may consider better than all the other fraternities! by far safest place to go to

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.8 These guys truly love and support each other. I've seen so many of my friends from the dorms go SigEp and improve so much. They participate in literally every philanthropy on campus, but can still throw really fun parties! Show up after 11:30 though. SigEps tend to be the favorites among every sorority, especially because they don't bad mouth in public. They were obsessed with Gamma Phi last year but that seems to be over so they're back to being super social. <3 sigep!
