Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 2.8 the epitome of the balanced man. these guys are exactly that. balanced. average and middle of the road. they have an insignificant pledge process and in so their brotherhood looses strength rather quickly. there isn't a section on grades but if so theyd have five stars. their parties are whatever and they are just known as the "good guys". nothing really exciting
