Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.2 The potential is there, but they are still behind everyone else. Everyone thought last year was there year to come up but look what happened. Nothing. Point being is you take a risk joining a fraternity like this. Do you want to join a middle tier fraternity that has a stigma of being an organization for former surf/snowboard/skate club members who have been removed from UCR? Or do you want to go elsewhere.
