Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.6 These guys are definitely top house and they are very social. They throw the best parties and hangout with a lot of top tier sororities. Their new big pledge class last year has a lot of really awesome and cute guys. They are also really nice and true gentlemen. Hope they throw more parties this upcoming year.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.8 Most of their best guys graduated this year so it is hard to know if they will be top house next year. The other frats are starting to come up as pikes slip. No lie, their parties are cool but it is hard to keep up with the location because they keep getting moved from house to house every hour. Some of their guys are good looking but others are just average. On top of all of that, they're obsessed with DGs… why?

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.0 Even though their parties get shut down early, the parties are still good while they last. They always have good alc and never run out. no bottom sororities hang out with them it's mostly AXO, DG, and GPHI. The guys aren't creepy and are fun to around even when just chilling. These guys are easily top house.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.8 Everyone in greek life knows that this frat is top house. They throw the biggest/ best parties on campus (best DJ) and never run out of booze (and they don't just buy the cheap stuff). The guys have great personalities! These are the type of guys you can have fun with at a party or when you're just hanging out. The majority of their guys are HOT, athletic and respectful. That's why they get a lot of attention from top sororities. I've seen some AMAZING big/lil relationships in this fraternity.

Everyone in greek life knows that this frat is top house. They throw the biggest/ best parties on campus (best DJ) and never run out of booze (and they don't just buy the cheap stuff). The guys have great personalities! These are the type of guys you can have fun with at a party or when you're just hanging out. The majority of their guys are HOT, athletic and respectful.
