I've never seen anybody drink like that

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.4 Definitely has one of the stronger brotherhoods on campus, always involved and there are a lot of them. I can see how they chose quality over quantity unlike Pike who rushed 40 guys this quarter just to keep up with other frats but mainly with Phi Psi because they are the new kids on the block and came up quick to take top house. Never seen another Frat drink as much as them.
