Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 5.0 Phi Psi is full of not only guys who are my best friends, but also guys I'm attracted to. They make any event a ton of fun and are always down to do something adventurous or just chill. Also super well rounded- really smart, athletics, motivated guys who are the life of the party. Hands down some of the best men on campus.
