Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.4 I went to one of their parties and got turned off by the guys. Sure they're hot but can you guys make it more obvious that you wanna take advantage of drunk girls? I have been to other frat parties where the guys are more respectful to girls than you guys. And you're all good looking so it says a lot about your personalities if you need drunk girls to get some action.
