Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 1.0 After talking to all the fraternities at orientation I can say that "skulls" are a bottom house. There actives gave off weird vibes and smelled like weed. At their "kickback" they had put plastic alcohol in glass bottles. Not impressed!
