Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.6 Idk about them being top anytime soon or even ever, but they did manage to get and "okay" class. I'll go as far as saying that they even have a slight better class than some of those higher houses that gave bids to 15+ people.

When you talk to a phi kap on campus you know he's a phi kap just by how easy it is to talk to them. I've heard they have low numbers because not a lot of their pledges make it through the tough process I guess. Makes sense idk too many guys like them and they know how to party forsure!!
