Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.5 met some of their bros and they all seem really close! Their new members are all good looking and really nice which is a far difference than the bad boys rep phi kaps used to have at ucr. All in all, a solid frat with lit parties!

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 2.2 These guys are creeps for sure. Definitely feel like you’re being creeped on every time you go into a party. Know multiple girls who’ve been assaulted by them. Be careful being around these boys.

Like someone else said this "frat" (more like social support group for awkward teens) is literally always on the "come up" and always stuck at rock bottom. They have had entire pledge classes leave before and none of those guys regretted it. Their presidents have been a string of losers going back years. They put plastic alcohol in empty glass bottles because they can't afford even Captain Morgan or Fireball..no girls get excited about Skulls. Save your money and rush elsewhere. Honestly shocked they are still on campus after all the crap they pull. You've been warned!
