Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.6 They have the best brotherhood compare to other frats. The first time I went out to their party I was not that fond of them becuase I didn't know anyone besides two guys who werent even at the party. As I started to come out more, I realized they party hard and are geniunely nice guys. This is why Phi kapps only party with the best sororities on campus. Their guys range from werid to hot. They are definitely on the rise.
