Hey .. i'm a Kappa Delta at CO Boulder and I was in riverside this fall 2012 to visit family. I went party hopping and managed to end up at a Sigep house called "Nutmeg". I had a blast!! it was really fun and you can FEEL the brotherhood when ur around these guys! I followed up on them by attending their 5k philanthropy and I was convinced that theyre top house. Good parties and good philanthropy, very balanced! - A happy Kappa Delta <3

im in another fraternity on campus and I can definitely say these guys are legit. lot of friends in their chapter and they always know how to have a good time.

One of the more unique fraternities on campus to say the least. Very humble, genuine guys. Parties/ kickbacks are always fun and alcohol never runs out!

Good parties but it stops there. Their older members are tight but once they leave not sure whats gonna become of their chapter

They have the tightest brotherhood, from what I can see all their brothers actually know each other and hang out. While other frats claim to be gentlemen these guys actually are and all girls know it. Guaranteed to have a great night at SigEp, bid parties are always fun & their known for their kickbacks. They have good looking guys, great events, and since fall have been socailly on the rise! If they get a solid formal rush, throw more parties, and get a new house SigEp will no doubt stay on top

This is probably the most accurate rating on here. The new pledge class is a joke looks wise overall but most of them are really nice and easy to get along with and love to PARTY! The older girls are all hot, but stuck up for the most part. Their sisterhood is one of the weakest on campus, with many sisters constantly dropping out and there is alot of infighting. They have good philanthropy but are def middle tier, on level with piphi and under gphi and kkg.
