I think if this group of guys could Move away from being stereotyped with dg and sk by hanging out with other girls it would really help them. They are pretty cool and I've seen some good looking dudes in their letters.

They have a strong presence on campus this year and have been going out to events in large numbers. They have been getting better. Their recent pledge class are attractive. People have noticed Alpha chi are rushing better girls. Their recent mr. axo philanthropy was boring and not great compared to past years. Their image as a party sorority is slowly disappearing. Overall, they are doing well.

These guys are making moves and they are the only fraternity on campus with an actual "chapter house" that is recognized nationally, so in my opinion they are top house. Also they are very selective unlike other frats on campus who just hand out bids to every guy that rushes. They have a bright future ahead of them.
