Richest fraternity at UCR and has nice fraternity houses. However, they are so big that there are cliques within the fraternity. Overall, they are pretty average, but still considered a top 3 fraternity.

Even though these guys are suspended their presence is still felt, I expect them to come out hard in the Spring and show everyone else they're still top house. Let's see if other fraternities can take advantage of their absence.
