Whether or not the other Fraternities agree or not. As of right now, Greek life is very small within the campus of UCR. The addition of them into the school may help that issue. Bottom line, if all the Fraternities want Greek life to be bigger on campus, they should be working together instead of competing with each other.

Pikes just there. They don't do anything. And they bid enough guys to be considered non-exclusive. Join a fraternity that actually has a rush process and ensures you know the brothers. Pike would rather just bid you for the fact that you add money to their bank to spend, not because you'd make a great brother. You won't meet everyone in the brotherhood and half the people you see with their letters you will never know
