House on the way up! Hipster-y looking guys, so if that's your type then go to SAE. Don't really have big parties, but kickbacks and socials are generally fun. They're very laid back and fun to hang out with at letters, and they don't have the arrogant frat boy attitude. Their dog Yolo is also adorable, just saying. I'm def gonna try and meet more SAEs this year because I have a feelign they will move up this year as they grow from their colony

They support each other, and do a great job with the Delta Queen pageant. Every Delt I've talked to has been nice. Their parties run out of alcohol pretty quickly, and never really hit that super-fun-crazy stage. Delts also really favor specific sororities- totally fine, but it definitely affects their image. It's hard to be a top house if you dont heavily advertise your parties or only have socials. Not a lot of hot guys here, but nice gentlemen

These guys are genuine and can actually hold a conversation. Parties at Poolhouse are lowkey and really fun, but MLK can get waayyy overcrowded with total rando's and GDIs. Wearing jeans to a Pike party = sweating your body weight. Pikes have a lot of members, but I've never heard them talk smack on their bros and they always come out to philanthropy events. There are quite a few hot Pikes but most of them are sadly taken.

These guys truly love and support each other. I've seen so many of my friends from the dorms go SigEp and improve so much. They participate in literally every philanthropy on campus, but can still throw really fun parties! Show up after 11:30 though. SigEps tend to be the favorites among every sorority, especially because they don't bad mouth in public. They were obsessed with Gamma Phi last year but that seems to be over so they're back to being super social. <3 sigep!

There are cliques within this fraternity. They are not that great, but they have improved from couple of years ago.

They are a very secretive fraternity, that comes across as elitist, tho it is just secretive. Get to know them and they are great guys. Have always treated me right, and my lady friends as well.
